Pilates is a form of exercise that emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness. It is a whole body conditioning system that focuses on the deep core abdominal muscles. When the core is strong, the body is properly stabilised and injuries are less likely to occur.
Tai Chi – Quigong
Tai Chi is the gentle slow-moving, relaxing and low-impact system which combines breathing, movement, and mindfulness. It is suitable for everyone. It can strengthen muscles, improve posture, balance, and stability, as well as increase flexibility. The movements not only allow energy to flow freely around the body, enhancing overall health, but also makes Tai Chi a safe way to get back to fitness after injury or periods of inactivity.
Meditation & Mindfulness
Meditation & Mindfulness are interlinking practices will help you form methods to help you switch off from the pressures and demands of everyday life. They calm your overactive brain and nervous system to stimulate the rest and digest and relaxation response.
