Managing Stress, Anxiety and Fear
Any situation can spark stress, anxiety or fear. Whether it’s being overwhelmed at work, struggling to keep a relationship intact, or experiencing a “mid-life” of even “quarter-life’ crisis. We are all subject to different kinds of stress, with each one of us having a way to deal with or manage these feelings. However, some of us lack the tools and experience to manage them in a healthy or productive manner.
We believe combating stress and fear can be done holistically – by focusing on the mind and body, as well as looking at nutritional factors. For instance, in our upcoming ‘Mind Mastery Matrix’ workshop, mindfulness is one of eight topics covered around how to master your mind.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is understanding the power of your senses and learning how to take in the beauty of the world around you. We spend so much of our time “plugged-in” and this is where Mindfulness steps in. Mindfulness practice can be done as part of your daily routine and can involve something as simple as learning to appreciate your job, or a particular person in your life.
How can the Mind Mastery Matrix Workshop help with Stress?
Our workshop aims to help you understand your mind, with demonstrations to help you balance your brain and combat stress, anxiety and fear. It’s three hours of brain-based wellness education and application. As well as the knowledge and skills you’ll obtain during the workshop, we’re also offering attendees:
